Can having a little bit of stress help in an exam?

Um?You should just act normal during an exam & try not to stress yourself out or you’ll screw up.well just don’t be worried about anything else and you should be alright.

Well an adrenaline rush accelerates you brain power. All stess does to me is make me chew my nails down to the nub.

No, it doesnt, not at all. It does the complete opposite. Stress hormones like cortisol actually impair your ability to recall memories.

PLAY A LOT OF SPORTS! or video games. Sports are better, though. You receive a lot stress-relieving hormones. Even 10 minutes after you play something fun with your friends. It’s better to play with your friends too.

At my school the teachers like to stress us out with huge assignments that all come at the same time because they say it pushes us to do better. I disagree.

A little bit can help, but just a LITTLE bit, it forces people to work and to think and gives them a bit of speed, on the other hand if you aren’t stressing about the test itself and you are still studying, please don’t make yourself stress as it can become an actual problem.

Well, it’s different for different people. But relaxing can slow me down, I have to be on your toes if I’m being timed.

nah unless you wanna waste your time when you do a test you gotta be chill no i dont mean by smoking something -_- be relax study well and boom exam is freakin easy
