Does anyone on here have the birth control implant IUD and what do you think of it?

I’m surprised your doctor doesn’t want to tubal ligate you - I had mine done when I was 23.

I was suprised too, he said that he would consider it but for me to think about my other options more. I would understand if i was younger or didnt have kids, but im 25 and this is my second child.

My mother had one and it caused an infection and in turn infertility for her. Me personally my body rejects anything forign, I have no piercings now cause of that so I have a feeling my body would reject it and cause a lot of problems.

I suggest getting another doctor, a female ones. The male ones are generally so difficult about giving women tubal litigations. Jeez.

I personally have never had the implant, but I wouldn’t get one. They are too much trouble.

In my opinion, it should be up to you to decide whether or not you want to get your tubes tied. I don’t think your doctor should have any say in that. If you are sure you don’t want anymore kids, then tell them you want it done.
