according to your other question, you just got it done dont change it you need to wait at least 3 months before changing it so it has time to battle off infection and to heal then if you cant take it out yourself go back to the peircer and theyll take it out for free but if you cant wait untill its healed then there no point in getting it done in the first place you need to be willing to take care of it and allow it to heal first

if you have the hoop one w// the ball you usually got to use pliers to pop off the ball
