How do I uninstall BearShare?

How do I uninstall BearShare. Everytime I press the uninstall button, it asks me for a reason. I give it a reason and then it says that I could not uninstall. can someone please help?

I know that it is a p2p program, but haven’t used it myself. Possibly what has happened is that the uninstaller that BearShare came with got corrupted. If that’s the case, reinstall BearShare (that will put in a good copy of the uninstaller) then immediately uninstall it. You could also use the built-in Add and Remove Programs that Windows has, but that is not as good as the uninstaller. Good Luck!!

Once you do this, just: •go to the Control Panel and select Add / remove programs •wait for the list to ‘populate’ with all your installed programs and then find Bearshare •click ‘Remove’ and when prompted click ‘yes’ to confirm its removal But its not over yet!
