BANK questions! Please help.

Specifically concering OVERDRAFTS. I’ve had my first bank card a month ago and I’ve gotten 4 overdrafts so far. (They were all from the same day) because no one told me about how a debit card WOULD NOT decline even if I don’t have money. I work as a cashier and whenever a customer doesn’t have money on their cards, it would always say decline so I of course assumed that the same thing would happen to me. Anyways, the question is when I checked my account online today, it says that I am at NEGATIVE (-2.34) TWO DOLLARS AND THIRTY FOUR CENTS. But there is currently no overdraft notice or fee and I believe it is because it’s a Sunday and most banks aren’t opened today. So I went to the ATM machine half hour ago an deposited $3.00. Now my account online says POSITVE $.66 SIXTY-SIX cents.

Do you think I’m good? Or will I still be charged once the bank opens up again?

Answer #1

I WISH I FOOLED THEM. If not then I’m screwed. My first few overdrafts, I already walked into the bank, pissed as hell, and went bad. So they let those fees go and I didn’t have to pay. I don’t want to pay this time either. Fast food places always fukc me over because the transaction doesn’t show up until like 5 days later.

Answer #2

Oh and one more thing. Are banks opened on memorial day?

Answer #3

Most banks aren’t open on memorial day. I don’t know how you are with your money but if you can’t control yourself then you shouldnt have a debit card. De[ending on your banks policies you may or may not be charged for an overdraft…talk to them, they will beable to help you

Answer #4

Looks like you’ve fooled the banking world and stole money, you are a genius lol
