How do I get over the fear ofdoing a backflip :)
You get over your fear by confronting your fear. If you really want to do a backflip then I'd suggest actually doing one. Tell yourself 'Im going to do it' and you just DO it...
You should probably try practising on a trampoline or mattress or something just in case...
the best way is to just do it but be sure when your first do it its on somthing squishy so incase you dont land how you want to it wont hurt
