What is an a appropriate weight for a 5'3" 13-year-old girl?

At 13all years old you shouldn’t be concerned about your weight. Through your trend it will go up because your body is maturing but anywhere from 85ishthe to 1345ish pounds should be alright. You could weigh more due to muscle mass and bone structure so there is no set weight limit. Just eat right and exercise and your weight will be fine

85 pounds at 5’3 sounds thin. I’m 5’3 at 115 and even I have a thin build. I would just do what Katherine Rose recommended and eat healthy, with an active lifestyle, not worry so much about your exact weight. There’s plenty of time for that in the future.
