I have a Toshiba Satellite computer. It came installed with Norton Antivirus. It expires in 6 days and I don't know if I should reinstall Norton, or go with a different Antivirus program. What Antivirus program do you have on your computer and do you like it? Can you tell me whether you think I should reinstall Norton or give me your opinion on what program you recommend to be the best one for me to try? Cost doesn't really matter. I've had too many problems with my PC, just got it fixed and want a program where I don't have to worry about Viruses, Spyware, Malware, etc... Thank You! I appreciate any help, that you can give me.

McAfee is excellent. Norton is very good and is getting better at not hogging resources. If you can't afford one of these, then one of the best FREE anti-virus programs is AVG anti-virus. Remember that is only one part of the protection you should have. You also need a TWO-WAY firewall and anti-spy ware programs. Which ever anti-virus you use, and what ever firewall you use, only ONE of each. With anti-spy ware however, you can - and should - have a couple. Avast is the number ONE downloaded Free antivirus i have used it for years and have not once had an issue if you want the most correction against almost everything you may want to get MalwareBytes... again free http://funadvice.com/r/3kpas1mh5q NOT a download link just there site...
yes three programs is a lot but with these Three FREE programs you are protected from almost everything on the internet... these are all new programs and have updated definitions almost everyday to insure you stay safe... "FunMail" me if you have any questions
I use an online anti-vrus system through my internet provider. I pay a monthly fee for it, but it has always worked very well and I have no problems.
AVG antivirus free edition 2O11. i havent had a virus in ages and the last time i did it got rid of it straight away so yeah id go for avg :P
McAfee hands down for me!! Norton in my opinion takes up too much space and makes my laptop run way too slow :(
