Why does my ankle hurt when I walk down stairs?

whenever i walk down stairs my ankle hurts

maybe you have ‘twisted’ it, this could cause pain when the ankle is under pressure. If it carrys on I would go see a doctor

I skipped a step the other day and landed funny on it now mine hurts when going down also. You may have hurt it recently and its still a little sore. If it continues then you should get it checked out

you most likely twisted it or sprained it. normally when you do that you have pain when you put your foot down or move it. just be careful and get to a doctor to see if you did hurt it. if you did they will have you wear a ace bandage and a air cast if it’s sprain and you’ll be on crutches.

i wouldn’t go to a doctor waste of time they don’t do anything for ankles tell you to stay off it a couple days and then bill you for that. just us it the phrase walk it off is real and true
