Anger Fits?

I want to ask somthing recently I have been having phases in a day where im fine then I start shaking with livid anger, and I dont know why. the feelings I get are so surreal I usualy feel like a different person and I cant stop crying or shaking and its made me so emotionaly unstable I feel like the smallest thing will crack me, I really dont know what to do, hoping I could get come advice

hi I have anger fits and im 14 years old, I have my friends and family to surport me in every way they took me to the doctors and they give my a injection or you can have pills to stop me from having them but I have a surporter in and out of school to keep a eye on me and to help me stop these fits. maybe thats what you could do get help from people. lauren allen x

You could be a Rageaholic, It sounds like you have no real control over it… my father is a Rageaholic (I only recently discovered that term..) and his uncontrollable rage makes him shake too. I did a course in the states recently and we did anger work there. It is really important to get your anger out in a safe environment where it isn’t destructive to you or anyone else. At home now I have a plastic bat.. when I’m in Rage I wack my mattress with it and shout- its important to be vocal too- Shout it as loud as you can- from your diaphram… ‘IM ANGRY!!!’ (careful of neighbours..) Feel all the Rage come out as you shout and hit- do it until it all comes out- If you burst into laughter or break down and cry its a good thing- it means you have got the anger out. Could be a lot of things…Kinda sounds like bipolar, My boyfriend was just recently diagnosed for it..They have bipolar screenings online you should try it. My boyfriend would be fine one min and the next he would be freaking out and flipping out. Then at other times he would be happy as if nothing was wrong. Or it could just be severe stress id talk to a doctor to find treatment for it because when your unhappy life can be the worse thing in the world to you and even make it hard for everyone else around you.-Hope I helped if you have any ?s just ask
