An obsession

Why are people here obssesed on how you use slang? Is it that important. And yes im passing school actually I just graduated!!! And no I dont use it in school. Me personally its just 2much to type andplus who feels like ritin it out? Do you agree or disagree for people to use slangor shortanage of words?

I’m not uneducated by any means but I’m also not a grammar Nazi like some. I spell very well I just tend to miss punctuation not because I don’t know how but simply because I’m a lazy typist . When it comes to professional situations or work its a different story

I really don’t care either way. I prefer to spell everything out, but if you want to take a short cut and save time, why not? It’s not that big a deal. It bothers me when someone doesn’t know how to spell right and they arn’t trying to abbriviate…

I didn’t realise that people were obsessed…I know that if you yourself are used to typing everything correctly it can get a little irritating sometimes when someone else uses a lot of slang. I think it’s totally fine in a text message as you are trying to save space. But I don’t get into the habit of doing it everywhere as I don’t want it to cross over into other areas of my life where I SHOULD be writing and spelling correctly. I don’t want to develop bad habits and end up using slang somewhere like at work :)
