Am I dying of cancer?

! I’m freakin out. I have a small hole above my anus. Its looks kinda deep and it looks kinda of purpleish inside. Its right above my anus. It doesn’t hurt or anything but I can feel it. I’m 19 years old and I know for a fact that I don’t eat enough fiber. Could this be cancer!!! Am I dying!!! Please someone help me!!! Problem is though I remember having this and didnt pay much attention to it until now. I first started to notice this like 2 years ago should I be worried???

a small hole above your anus is NOT normal but cancer would NOT cause a small hole something else would, possibly a flesh eating disease or something a bit less seriouse either way, get it checked out by a doctor asap

Its a small hole. It doesnt sound like cancer to me But its a hole that shouldnt be there Go get it checked out.
