Could I be allergic to my laundry detergent or something else?

So yesterday I had bought a different kind of laundry detergent and washed some clothes. From the wash I did I wore a pair of shorts and jeans yesterday and today when I got out of the shower I noticed I have these little red dots kind of things. Not like pimples because they’re much smaller and it isn’t bumpy. Just little red dots on my thighs and some other parts of my legs. But mostly thighs. I was thinking it’s the new laundry detergent…but I’m not sure. So what do you think it could be?

you could be, lots of people are allergic to certain types.

Thanks, and yeah I know and what I forgot to mention was I’ve use the laundry detergent before and it was fine.

then yeah, the sudden change can also be ther reason for the skin rash.

Try changing detergents and seeing if the same problem happens…

Household chemicals can easily cause reactions and be what one would suspect as we don’t tend to think about them much after use.
