I'm read advice for weight loss that usually targets one area at a time, and I was wondering if there were any exercise that can target the arms, stomach (in general), and legs. Or is there a machine at the gym that could target all those areas at once? Thanks! :D

you do realize that if you are overweight toning muscle does squat. you will be defining muscle that is hidden by mountains of fat.

Yes, I agree with Irene that building muscle is good for loss your weight but only with cardio exercise. You can use the building muscle with Cardio exercise.
I think you should do all cardio exercises like running, cycling, swimming etc. that will really help you to reduce unwanted body fat.
Actually muscle helps you burn fat. So building muscle is not a bad thing, but you need to combine it with cardio.
