what advice will you give a new high school student?

Don’t care what people think. Seriously, popularity is a stupid thing to strive for. The more you do, the less popular you will be. Hang out with the people you like and can trust, be proud of who you are, and realize that in comparison to adulthood, high school is a breeze.

Have fun and enjoy it.. don’t sweat the small things. High school flies by, and you’ll be sad when it does. Always remember you’re there to get your education…. friends and fun are a bonus lol. Oh, and don’t get caught up in the drama (it will try to consume you ;) ) Just be yourself and do your work. It’s much better than you think..

Definitely go to everything you can, like sports games, charity days etc. Remember to have fun but to study as well, it’s better to study for 1-2 hours just on a saturday morning before you go out, than to cram at the last minute and tire yourself out the night before exams. I totally agree with moe214- don’t get caught up in dramas. Even if it wasn’t you that started it, teachers just discipline everybody involved and somebody will likely just try and pin the blame on innocent people like you. Just go with the flow and get in with a nice group of friends that like you for who you are.

ever has to do it, it will fly by so enjoy everything. dont let petty things get to you and dont ever let others treat you lik youre dirt. walk the halls lik you own that place. join sports or activities. make memories because youll miss it as soon as its over :] i promise. youre not the first one and you wont be the last one. everyone was a freshman at one point so dont worry. have fun and be yourself. youll make friends, loose friends, have heartach and find romance.
