Tastes afoul for me. It’s not really god for your teeth and used mostly to quit smoking. And as you need to by it in drug store i don’t think they will sell it to kids

Of course its bad for you - nicotine is highly toxic. If it helps you stop smoking though the benefit may outweigh the harm. No idea what
