Work out plan

I figure skate 3 times a week and sometimes more, and I’ve been trying to look up a work out plan for getiing my axcel but I can’t find anything!

Can you help me! Thanks!

well I do this thing called burpees its sit ups push ups and juming first you jump up with your hands up in the air second after you jum up you go in to to a sit up third you kick out your legs and land in to a push position fourth you do a push up fifth you go to a sit up position that finally you jump back up and start all over
