I think so. but remember: NEVER SKIP MEALS!!! that just makes you hungrier and larger. remember that you should stay away from junk food while you can, but its OK to eat junk every once in while. Hope this helps and good luck!

Yes you will. I did the same it works but you have to not give up you wont see result straight away

yes, but I think the exercise will be hard to stick to. Because you might be to tired or just can't be bothered.
And remember to not go back to your old eating habits, for example; eating a lot of junk food, eating lots of chocolate. this is because if you do you will gain about double the amount of weight you have lost
Yes I think that you will reach your goal if you follow it through. But do not starve yourself. Be sure to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. To be healthy it is essential that you get a good balance of protein (meat/fish) carbohydrate (potatoe etc but keep to small portions of this), dairy (milk, yoghurt etc but choose low fat versions), starch (cereal, brown bread etc), fruit and vegetables. If you get bored of jogging, swimming, aerobics and cycling are very good fat burning excercises.

Will this diet plan work?
Ok so I want to lose 3 pounds before school starts. If I lose a pound a week that will set my goal. So if I jog for 30 minutes every morning and night, drink a liter of water everyday, watch my calorie intake and stay away from junkfood. Will I lose a pound everyweek?
