Why is it that I can only think clearly when I shuld be asleep?

I'm 13 and I have a lot of problems, but when I try to go to sleep all of my problems go through my head and then I can't get to sleep until 6 or 7 am and about 3 nights a week I don't sleep at all,it makes me tired and really paranoid to I've had a couple of panick attacks, my friends, family and schoolwork are affected by it and I'm really fed up any advice?? X
