Why do teen stars e.g hannah montana let fame go to their head?

I used to think that Miley Cyrus used to be a decent girl. She wouldnt take pictures of herself in the shower etc. Anyone know why it goes to their head..?
I mean it's not only Hannah/ Miley but its like the naked pics of Gabriella and stuff from...

for publicity when they start to get forgotten about and start losing money they do stuff to up themselevs but the sad fact is that noone would have heard of them in a few years you might get the odd clipit of them saying theyre going into rehab for drink and drug abuse or soming like that but noone really cares what they get up to I used to really like miley cyrus but im not so sure now

They're not mature and don't have experience yet - don't realize the consequences of their actions - have lots of money, adoration, and favors thrown their way - easy to to think they're 'special' and they're really just people like you or I - hopefully they have a mentor who can instill good 'down to earth' values and faith - avoids tons of misery.
