Why can't we fire politicians?

When we pay the politicians and they do their job not good enough, why can't we fire them und hire someone better?

because when they're voted in office by the people, they are voted to work in their position till ther mandate expires. you dont vote a politician for a day or a month but for a whole mandate ( different positions have different mandate lenghts). but you can write a peticion of no-confidence to a politician, which must be probably signed by a 5-30 thousand people and a couple of other politicians to be accepted to be passed as legitimate. every political body has a procedure that can dispose somebody of power, but they're very complicated, thats why people used to depose somebody through a coup (agressive and most times bloody) and then they take over that position

There is always recall or impeachment.

because you cant fire anypolotician because your not the only one who pays for their job the whole community does and if a lot of people disagree with the way he does things then he can get impeached or he could stay
