Why are my hand always cold?

Ok my hands and feet are really cold like ice cold even when its warm , a lot of people have noticed now! They do sometimes heat up but thats when I've had them in gloves or under a blanket or summin but the rest of the time they are realy cold, im jist dont know why , any one possbily know why?

Poor circulation.

I have the exact same problem. I have low blood, aka anemia. You should be taking 1 or 2 iron pills every day with orange juice, or whatever your doctor says

if you're not eating enough? anaemia? bad circulation?

I'm often cold due to my eating disorder.
I currently have the heating on full...I'm wearing 2 pairs of socks...a thick jumper...but I'm freezing!

I have poor circulation and anemia, so I take iron pills a couple of times a day, if you go to your doctor he might be able to give you some advice or something to help the problem
