Yellow hands!!

Ok My Hands turnes Yellow when its cold and hot!! I DONT smoke and I ALWAYS wash my hands!! Then they sting really bad what is that called?

I have to agree, you need to see a doctor, it could be something more serious than you think. OR it could be something so simple to fix.
