Start using cayenne pepper and your body will warm up. You can use it on your salads or just drink in a cayenne cocktail. Juice of 1 lemon to 4 tbls of cayenne pepper to 6 ounces of warm water. Cayenne pepper is very good for you. It does not burn your mouth as some people might believe.

Why am I always cold?
for the past few weeks, I've been cold ALL THE TIME. its not that im sick because I feel completely fine, and its not that I dont dress warm because I do. my mom keeps the house 'nice and toasty' apparently, but unless im in like snowgear warm clothes, I'm always cold! is there something wrong with me? do I need to see a doctor or do something about this?
