Why am I always cold?

Asked by pokadot13 9 months ago, 3 answers.

for the past few weeks, I've been cold ALL THE TIME. its not that im sick because I feel completely fine, and its not that I dont dress warm because I do. my mom keeps the house 'nice and toasty' apparently, but unless im in like snowgear warm clothes, I'm always cold! is there something wrong with me? do I need to see a doctor or do something about this?

You could be slightly anemic, but that is for your doctor to decide.

Could it be hormonal? I've often heard of 'hot flashes' when a woman reaches menopause, so could a feeling of coolness be present around the start of menarche?

Ladies out there, does the above even make sense?

Start using cayenne pepper and your body will warm up. You can use it on your salads or just drink in a cayenne cocktail. Juice of 1 lemon to 4 tbls of cayenne pepper to 6 ounces of warm water. Cayenne pepper is very good for you. It does not burn your mouth as some people might believe.
