well yes, they are fad diestspeople dont do them because there fun, they do them because they think it will help make themn loose weight
but eating something like cabbage soup for 7 days will only make you loose weight because its practically all water
so really your just starving yourself, and youll gain it back later because your body needs real food to survive
the diet you didd wasnt so much a diet but you starved yourself by not eating the average amount of calories your bodie needs
so while you loose weight, its not permanent
and your body will add everything else you eat as fat
if you want to loose weight the only healthy way is through healthy eating and regular exerscise
real weight loss doesnt happen in a week
it happens gradually

Who's tried the "7 day diet" or the "cabbage soup diet" ?
I hear they're hard to stick to. I don't wanna hear its a fad diet dont do it. I've heard real people say they've worked, and they kept a lot of the weight off, it was just hard to stick too. I did the three day diet which is eat practically nothing (...
bout 7-800 cals daily) I lost the three pounds and gained it back. maybe I kept a few ounces off but that kinda sucks considering I killed myself three days in a row AND worked out while I was at it. I'm hoping the 7 day diet might workk because you get to eat more. healthier, and MORE. and you get lots of ffruits and vegies which you get hardly any of on the three day diet :P
