Special k diet, who's tried it?

did it work? How much did you loose and how long did it take?

I havent tried it as a weight-loss thing, but it tastes disgusting...

But in my mind, I think it'd work if all you ate was 2 bowls of special K a day. You're bound to lose weight.

I used it and I lost 6 pounds in two weeks thats from 2 bowls of ceral a day, the water, and the bars its so gd for you its the only diet that works

I tried it, but I didn't lose any weight.. maybe I did but I can't tell..lol
