I was thinking of trying this, so if anyone has tried it let me know happy

But in my mind, I think it'd work if all you ate was 2 bowls of special K a day. You're bound to lose weight.

I used it and I lost 6 pounds in two weeks thats from 2 bowls of ceral a day, the water, and the bars its so gd for you its the only diet that works
