When I exercise is it okay that it hurts the next day?

I was on seventeen websight right and I was exercising I could feel it on my thighs today it kind of hurts is it a good or bad??

its good that means that the exercise is working. any time you do any type of exercise you have to keep at it for it to stop hurting and the only reason I know that is because the gym I used to go to my husbands tainer told him that.

Yes that’s definitly good from an exercise point of view! Just be sure to relax that day instead of getting back into exercise with sore muscles. You don’t want to overdo it. Sometimes after a fairly lengthy workout, it can be difficult to even get out of bed, especially if you have been working out your middle body area.

LOL! it’s a good thing! you must of worked up your thighs pretty good for them to burn the following day!! it means you’re burning your fat and thightening your musscels!! :)

You are fine, that means it’s kicking in. It’s completely normal. Remember to pace yourself though.
