Long answer:
Getting proper rest is what will allow your body to repair your muscles, so you can even go harder the next time you workout. In fact, it's not really necessary to workout as often you do a day unless you're doing very short workouts (15-20 minutes) in between your schedule. Otherwise, 3-4 days with an hour of concentrated INTENSE workout will produce the same results. Keep in mind this only applies if you're really getting things done and really pushing yourself in the gym.
And a little more advice...
Contrary to popular opinion, calories are not bad for you. In fact, getting a proper amount of calories (the GOOD kind) is crucial to losing weight and/or building muscle. Eating 4-6 smaller meals throughout the day will keep your metabolism high and going strong. Whereas with 3 square meals, you'll often end up overeating at the next meal and as the day goes on your metabolism will slow, then you will end up storing fat instead of losing it. It's a vicious cycle.
Short answer: Yes, break days are OK (and necessary).
I don't really need to be answering this at all, because isaac_a said it perfectly. Your body does rest. So don't worry about it, relax today ;-)

Are break days okay?
okay, for the past like, 4 months or so, I've been dieting, and exercising four times a day for an hour EVERYDAY
and I was wondering if I let myself have a break today, like dont workout and eat about 1,500 calories would that be okay?
Would it make it harder for me to lose weight this week?
Tomorrow I would start working out again/eating as usual.
I just havent had a break, and I think I need one, but tell me if this sounds okay!
Please!
