What's wrong with my ankle?

So last night my boyfriend and I were walking and I got a text so I was answering it and I fell.. And it hurt my ankle for a couple seconds. Well this morning about an hour ago. I was doing my exercises.. The usual sit ups, squats, then I got to pushups and after I got to forty I stopped. Then I started walking and my ankle is hurting.. The same one that I fell on. And idk if its a foot cramp..

you probably pulled a tendon and today’s workout must have stretched it out a bit, take it easy for a few days, you never know, maybe the next time you work out you may damage it enough to get you to the hospital you may think im exaggerating but i’ve seen many cases of ripped tendons just by getting out of a chair! (in these cases it was the cross ligaments of the knee but you get the idea ;)
