Will I get in trouble if I didn't sign the petition?

today my lunch table wrote this stupid petition 2 kick someone out, I didn't want to sign it so I said no they then handed me another paper that looked different than the first one so I wrote 'hey' on it then someone else wrote im anonymous beside it the girl they gave it to took it to the principal he said he's gunna talk to the ones who signed it but I didn't sign it so will I get in trouble??

If true - 'I wrote the word Hey' - I didn't sign it (because I didn't know what the petition was all about) - that's not my handwriting signature'.

I doubt it. They can look at school papers you've done in the past to see that the writing is different. The reason people can get in trouble with those petitions is that schools consider that to be bullying. You may have to tell who finished up the anonymous signature.

And keep the lesson to read before signing.

1) No one should get in trouble unless the petition has a threat on the person's safety since it's within 1st amendment rights as shown by the bill of rights added to the constitution.
2)You didn't SIGN it, you just put some words down that weren't your name.
3)Outcastes become far more successful than the groups that they're excluded from so if you're friends with the person then they have a good chance in life.
