Should i stay living with my dad?

i want to be able to have a life but i don't want to hurt my dad because he is my only parent and i believe that he has been through enough hell. i am trying to decide whether i should live wtih him and continue to be homeschooled or move in with some...

other family member and go to a vocational school to become a chef or a cosmetologist. i don't want to end up like my dad working 2 jobs to try to take care of his family and pay the bills. i love my dad to death but sometimes he pisses me off because he would rather work than spend time with his family. please tell me what you think because any advice will help me. thnx.

I think you should sit down with your Dad and have a heart to heart - clear things up - maybe come to an understanding/compromise...I wish you the best !!

hey i think he wants the best for you...i live with my dad to my only parent and yea it is hard i know...but if you are of age move out if you need the space cause you need the time to go to school and to live your own live and not your dads to...and if you make the best of your life you won't end up workin 2 jobs like your dad...if you feel like he spends more time at his work sit down and talk to him about it... or maybe he is doing it so you will have a roof over your head and shoes on your feet if you think about it but i dont know...well got to go right know cause i am at school bye...

It sounds like you really care about your father and that is reallty greatam glad to hear that.

Well first of all I would say that it really depends on your age and the situation that you are in. it sounds like your father really does love and care for you and that, that is why he is working so hard to suport you.

I would say go to school if you get the chance becasue that is so important and i am sure that your Father can understand that...more so I am possitive that he wants the best for you and nothing less then that. I really think that he will understand.

Talk to your Father about this though let him know what you are thinking and how it is that you are feeling...I am sure that between the two of you you guys can work some thing out.
