What does yoga do?

When doing Yoga, does it work out your fast twitch muscles or your slow twitch muscles? or maybe abit of both? I'm abit confused on the whole situation

well more felexible and you discover muscles you didn't know you have and I think it works deep muscles.It make you feel lanky and tall. but at 6foot 5 I don't think you can get any taller!!

yeah I knew those 2 but im wonder what part of the muscles it works on, slow or fast twitch???

I did it once and I just did it for relaxation - it was an awesome feeling.
