What do you think is the reason why sleep gives you power?

All of us know that when you go to sleep and wake up you gained some kind of power. What is the reason for that?

thats when your body repairs, like a battery always gotta charge it,

after a long day of walking around and doin stuff your muscles are tired weak and microscopically torn and when you sleep thats when your body repairs

When you sleep, your body makes chemicals that your brain needs to consume in order to function normally when you're awake (motor skills, cognitive thinking, etc.) The reason why you feel like you gain power when you wake up is exactly that...your body has re-charged itself and is ready for a new day.
