If you feel you have to eat in the morning eat a piece of fruit. That should keep you until lunch. Then at lunch you can then have 3 more pieces of fruits or else juice your fruit which will really fill you up or else you can juice some organice carrots (which are really sweet) and either drink this straight or add 1 apple to the juice to be juiced. In the evening eat a nice big salad adding either some sprouts and or raw nuts to the dish. This will fill you up and is also healthy and you will lose inches. Keep eating this way and stay away from other foods that add weight inches. I think you will find that this is the way to go.
