Walking 20 minutes?wasting my time?

Ok,So I've been walking for 20 minutes everyday.
At 4.0 (mph) [It moves up 2.0-2.5-3.0-3.5-4.0]
Is this going to help me lose some weight?
Is it going to help wth lovehandles and stomach area?

What could I do to lose weight in those areas?(and some...

in the inner thys)

All exercise will help you lose weight, as long as you maintain a constant calorie intake.

You're walking about 9 miles a week at that rate, which will burn around 1000 calories (on average, it's about 110 calories per mile of brisk walking). You will lose 1lb of fat every 3 weeks doing that. But just as importantly, you will gain muscle tone.

It will definately help. Could maybe do some toning exercises for your tummy like swimming or yoga.

walking will not help you lose weight if you eat a lot. the tummy and body fat is lost with exercises like cycling, swimming, running. Walking builds your leg muscles and helps with circulation - nothing more - nothing less
