To lose weight in general you should do some aerobic activity, 4 times a week, running on the step for 10 mins each time.
Then allocate 20 mins for leg excercises 3 times a week. To tone them you need to do leg presses or squats. But do think about your calves as well. Calf raises, 5 sets, 20 reps each set.
If you truly don' t have time, you have to take the 20 mins out of your allocated sleep time. Thats the price for nice legs
Don't forget your arms, men love women with sexy biceps and triceps. 
the best way to shape your thighs when you have no time is to make time instead of riding the bus or getting a ride to school , why don't you walk more often and the walking will tone your thighs and burn calories, so start walking back and forth to school everyday and also watch what you eat cause that can also be the problem or help you with the walking and it's also helpful is when you get home try to make time to atleast get 20-30 min of excerise in it could really help with burning the extra calories and fat

How do i make my thighs slimmer if i have no time to run?
Everyday my life pretty much goes like this: wake up, go to school, come home, eat a little snack, homework, then shower. I want my thighs to be slimmer, and toned, but its hard when I have NO TIME AT ALL. I usually try to do like 2 minutes of wall...
