Drop a pant size or two?

I have about 12..maybe 14 days. im a size eh 7 and I want to be a 5? maybe a 3. I was wondering how much do I have to lose? Thanksss

size seven is not very big pants size dosnt and shouldnt matter it is the person that you are that counts. plus your body is still growing and depriving it from nurtrients it needs to grow by dieting is not a very good idea, jsut eat healthy and excercise.

Wow! Just reading these answers and man, are people rude!!! Listen sweetie, I’m a 7/8 as well. I’ve also been trying to get down to a 5 or 3; preferably a 3 but, you can’t lose THAT much weight in 2 weeks!!! Haha!!! All you can do is eat healthy foods that will speed up your metabolism and exercise. The secret is to eat like the French, small, healthy, metabolism boosting snacks every 2 hours. Eating all of those small healthy foods will speed up your metabolism like crazy!!! So, just keep jogging and doing crunches and you’ll be good to go! Good Luck!!! xxoo, meghan

that girl dosent know what she’s talking about. but to be honest, 14 days is probubly not enough time to drop down to a 5. all I can suggest is really watch what you eat and excersize and you can probubly lose about 5-10 pounds by then if you do it right. your pants will be looser but you probubly wont be a 5 by then, you need more time.

theres no way your going to drop a pants sizez because now is the time you are going to start getting hips so you might want to weight until your 14 to think about drop pants sizes because if you do it now soon your going to have to buy some new pants so just wait a year or too to see how your body changes.
