I don't think it's possible to lose a dress size in a week. But you can start off by losing as much as you can.
Also, here are some things that I've heard helped people lose weight quickly:
-Don't drink high calorie drinks
Some drinks with high calories are Sodas, Juices, and Hot Chocolate. Replace them with water, tea, or the occasional diet soda.
-Don't eat junk food
Stop eating things with high sugar, salt, and stop eating white things. Even if they are sometimes low calorie, they won't help you get any thinner.
-Drink a lot of water
Drinking 8 glasses a day will fill you up, and it will help you with exercising.

yeah its impossible to do that in a week,, but watch what you eat, eat slow because then you will get filled up faster.. excercise.. a walk or a jogg everyday.. i do 20 situps before bed, andd eat peaches they are relaly good for ur weightr
I know how you feel, I waqnt to drop two dress sizes in a couple of months, my advise would be to eat healthily, set yourself a goal to eat at least 3 pieces of fruit and veg, dont eat any chocolate or any sugary foods. Drink plenty of water andd milk. Situps are amazing for loosing weight from you tummy.

How can i drop a dress size in a week?
I kinda need to drop more than 1 full dress size in a week because next week is the halloween disco and I am dressing up as a bellydancer. Also, if you have good exercises for hips, abs and thighs, that would be great!!! thankz!!!
