I researched everything about Jamaica before I visited there about nine months ago! Jamaica is an amazing place! The legal drinking age, however, is 18 (like on most islands).
I'm from jamaaica and there's really no drinking age. at special events like new year's and independence vigils and festivals you'll see kids as young as 7 gettin down a bottle of heineken and stuff so so long for that drinking age limit

A friend of mine is traveling to Jamaica, and wanted to know what's the legal drinking age there. He's only 20 now, so not legal to drink in the US, but wanted to find out what the age is in Jamaica to be able to drink alcohol. Any ideas?
