ummm...well i hate mine as well and what i do is i swim which works them really well...u can sign up at ur local ymca or if u have a pool take a pool noodle and hold on w/ both hands then kick w/ ur legs to work them...walking will definitly help...u can also sit on ur side and do leg lifts...u should do a 1/2 hour work out ec=ach day and u will eventually see results...dont give up if u dont cuz it takes a lot of time but if u do everything like this they should be ready by swim suit season...also if u get 17/ cosmo girl magazine they have great exercisises
