Go run like 3 miles, and do one hour exercise. And you are going to be looking good!
Do a lota leg excercises, like running, sprinting up and down the stairs, biking and that upside down bicycle thing. Also, don't eat foods with a lot of calories in it, becauseif you're a girl most of your unused calories turn into FAT and goes straight to your thighs. Good luck!

How to get rid of thigh fat before bikini season?
My thighs are kind of ummm...fat. I really want to stop the jiggling and fat-ness of them, especiall for bikini season. wut can I say? im a girl. any suggestions?
