There are millions of ladybugs in my house! how do i get rid of em?

Please help me, I couldn't get into my house today cause there were millions [[no exxaggeration at all]] of ladybugs on my house, doorknob,. Everywhere when I finally got in, thousaaands came in w/ ,me asre all over tghe inside of the door, and...

ceilings and fllors and everywhere pl;ease they are so gross when they fly the creep me out one was in my bra!!! Help me like right now cause im gonna kill something. Oh I dont like 2 kill stuff cause it is cruek, I will vacum but there are 2 many. Thnxx. Nothing violent like glue strips. Mmkay .

If it's really that bad, then you need to call an exterminator.

the same thing happened to me use a fly swatter and leave the dead ones lay for a day the others seem to take it as a warning im not kidding after that less came in

'Are they a kind of dull orange color? If so, they aren't really ladybugs. They're a Japanese IMPORT, and they can bite. You can vacuum them up, actually.

Some time in the early 80's the USDA released this asian variety in the hopes that it would be more agressive than the domestic kind. So, they're much more helpful in your garden than they are in your living room. The reason for vacuuming them is that if they're squished, they can release a bad smell AND they can stain fabrics with their orange-ness, lol. I hate them. We usually get them in our cottage in the Fall, but I've heard of spring home invasions too!
