Teacup chiuaua broken/sprained leg?

my Little tiny Teacup chiuaua that weighs like2 pounds jumped from my moms bed and onto the floor and hurt his right foot. for like 30secs he was crying and then he was hyper again. what has us worried is that he limps everywhere but when you touch and...

extend the leg it doesnt hurt or anything any idea on whats wrong?

I would take him to the vet just in case but I dont know? My dog jumped out of the car window before and bieng nearly 8 he was limping too.. we took him to the vet but there was nothing they could do and it went after a couple of weeks but dont risk it.. take him to the vets x

The problem with a fragile pup like that...if he's limping there is an injury of some type (I think he'd be carrying it, instead of limping if it was broke)...the chances are he'll re-injure it over and over if you allow him up on stuff before it heals...

Give it 24 hours...and either keep him on the ground, or hold him when he is up on a bed or the couch, to keep him from re-hurting it. If he's still limping in 24 hours go to the vet...tendons and ligaments take a while to heal.
