Well if the sun is not out, then probably you need to go to a tanning bed. so my awnser is no.

well.. it depends on many factors. sometimes when you are at the beach and you don't necessarily SEE the sun, it doesn't mean it's not shining its rays through. even on cloudy days, you can get some color, not as much of course. it all depends. I've gone to tanning beds so be careful! air brush is much better. it's a little more expensive but worth it. trust me. I'm an expert at tanning lol
