Tanning bed or actual tan in the sun which one should i get?

Well I want to know should I get a natural tan or go to a tanning bed? I like being out in the sun and a tanning bed isnt a real tan to me. Which one is better and what should I chose?

Here's some info I read recently - Tanning beds don't offer a safe alternative to natural sunlight. Exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation damages your skin, whether the exposure comes from tanning beds or natural sunlight. This damage increases the risk of skin cancer and premature skin aging. In fact, most tanning beds emit mainly UVA rays — which may increase the risk of melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer.
If you want the golden glow of a tan without exposure to damaging UV radiation, consider using a sunless tanning product. Avoid tanning beds, and use a broad-spectrum sunscreen whenever you're outdoors.

Whatever you do it will fade sooner or later...
But I would recommend doing it naturally with out any harsh chemicals on you. So tanning in the sun is the way 2 go!

Neither one is good. Any type of tan isn't good for you (I did a paper on skin cancer). If you like being out in the sun, and a tanning bed isn't a real tan according to you, then I think this question answers itself and the answer is go in the sun.

tanning in the sun... when your outside the sun isnt directly on you and in a tanning bed its right on u..=] plus you get a tan faster outside..

mann.. it depends on your skin.
I used to tan in the tanning bed. I did it turning the winter. one day I got tanning bed burned and it was seriously the worst expirience of my life. try to avoid it. I dont even go in the tannnig bed any more because of it.
but I mean if its summer just go in the sun. becuase something with the UV rays isnt to good for your skin.. I think I heard that some where. lol I don't know.

Stay away from the UV rays! They're bad for your skin! Just use a good tanning lotion...it'll give you the tan glow without harming you.
