ethically a lot of people think it is wrong but personally I think today because society is induring ongoing changes that we should start being more optomistic about stem cell reserch. Just recently stem cell reserch has made amazing strides by helping people with early multiple sclerosis by telling the immune system to destory the current stem cells within the body and inserting new ones . This causes the body to repair itself and it's current da,mage. This is a new stride in curing multiple sclerosis and I think that we should put our ethical issues behind us on stem cell reserch to save lives.

I don't think it's wrong. I think it depends on where the stem cells are coming from

stem cells come from living babies, by the way. scientists are using stem cells to make chimeras, by adding human cells into animals. so say you wanted your own baby and couldnt have one, then you would take the stem cells (cells in the early stages of a fetus that could change into whatever organ they are near) for a uterus and inject it in a horse fetus. then add the sperm to your human egg inside the horse and the horse would give birth to your baby.

im totally for it.

...does that mean the ancient Greek prophecy of a half horse half man will finally come to fruition, thus conclusively proving the existence of the pantheon?

I think its not a problem being in a wheelchair for about 12 year since the age of 4 would have something to do with it. All their doing is taking the embryos that would of been thrown away and doing research. So saying we shouldn't research stem cell doesn't bring the baby back to life

stem cell research is one of the most promising and exciting areas of research today. I am all for it!
