Snow capped mountains - does that mean skiing season is here? I don't ski, I snowboard when I can. But I am excited about hitting the slopes this year! We have some snow in the area in Oregon where I live. Do you have snow yet, and are the lifts where...

you're at operatioal? I think I still have a few weeks to wait for the local ones.

That's a very pretty picture. We're going with the family to see the snow in January, and maybe try to get the kids some skiing or snowboarding lessons. However, I haven't been on skis or a snowboard myself in years, so I think I'm in for a rough time if I try it.
