Where is a good ski resort?

My boyfriend and I are both surfers, and I snowboard and want to teach him. I was wondering what would be a nice ski resort to go to in the U.S.A? The price doesn't matter, money is not a problem. So if you have any suggestions that would be a big help.

I'm not for sure what it's called, but I think it's in charleston west virginia, there's an excellent resort there. It's been forever since I've been there, so I'm not quite sure. But look it up. =]

Utah is the best place for skiing in this country. Salt Lake City is a great place because they have a airport right in downtown and there are plenty of hotels in downtown. From each of the downtown hotels you can get to any ski resort in about an hour. If you want to go and stay at the same resort your whole trip then I suggest Park City UT. They have some really high roller - classy type hotels right at the bottom of the chair lift and a fun night life. For example Gomez just played Park City last week. Just a bit of trivia - Utah was the first place in the country back in the 80's to allow snowboarding on most of there resorts.

Utah all the way. utah has the worlds best snow, (as it proudly states on our license plates) you need to go to Snowbasin in Ogden its kinda pricey but its totally pimp. tons of vertical, and great logdes and its so much fun there
