Smelly compost hole next door

Can a neighbor dig a hole for composting right on the other side of our fence? He put it as far as he could from his doors and windows. Its right outside of our bedroom windows and the smell is like nothing I could ever imagine. They put it in direct...

sunlight, not shade like their supposed to.

I suggest you go ask your neighbour to politely move it, and if they refuse, you can take legal action.

If something your neighbour is doing is affecting your comfort or general ease of life, then you can do something about it.
