How to soundproof a sliding glass door?

dose anyone no a way to sound proof a sliding glass door using only hous hold items

Sound proof it in what way exactly - stop it making noise when it opens and closes, or stop noise being heard on the other side of the door?

Get styrofoam, the pink one is 1.5' that shoudl be sufficient, you could double it up crossways. Measure the door and be prepared to cut a piece or two, a good piece of strapping board can be used as a cutting edge.
